The nature of our gite makes it difficult to handle bookings that are for less than one week.  Typically our guests arrive at our Saturday check in time 4pm and depart the following Satuday before 10am.

The charge is inclusive for the whole holiday home, there will be no additional costs (baring accidents or property damage).

We offer a unique holiday opportunity, our gite and all its facilities* will be available for the exclusive use of yourself and your party (family or family and friends).

We supply towels, sheets, and bed coverings, electric usage costs are included in the weekly tariff. Free Wifi.

*Our peaceful gite will comfortably house up to seven people.

The property is fully furnished and equipped, it consists of an entrance hall, a large modern air conditioned kitchen lounge dining area, it has one single and three double bedrooms, a ground floor bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washer/drier.

One of the double bedrooms features an en suite shower, toilet, and basin.

The lounge kitchen area has a high vaulted ceiling, cooking facilities and a dishwasher.

Within your section of the property there is a large private front garden, complete with swimming pool, barbecue, gazebo, outdoor dining area, ample parking space and your own private entrance.

The air conditioning is limited to the kitchen/lounge/dining room.
The rooms are arranged over two floors of the property.
The property is in a pleasant rural setting which is centrally located in the beautiful Valley of the Dordogue.

It is positioned adjacent to the D35 country road, 3 km from the picturesque village of Saint Cyprien where you can stock up on essentials (at the large supermarkets located there).
